Open Connectors
Go to claude.ai → Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

Add VIA
Name: VIA. Remote MCP server URL: https://app.getvia.xyz/shop/mcp. Press Add, then Connect.

Sign in to VIA
Searching works straight away. The first time you ask for something personal, like saving your Taste Card or watching a product, your assistant opens VIA’s sign-in. Enter your email, type the code we send you, and press Allow. A new VIA account is free and takes a few seconds.

Ask
Start a new chat, make sure VIA is switched on in the tools menu, and ask for something.
Team and Enterprise: an owner must allow custom connectors in the organisation settings first.
