ChatGPT adds custom servers through developer mode on paid plans. VIA is also being prepared for the ChatGPT plugin directory.

Turn on developer mode
In ChatGPT open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.

Add VIA
Open the Plugins page, press +, name it VIA, enter https://app.getvia.xyz/shop/mcp and choose OAuth.

Sign in to VIA
Searching works straight away. The first time you ask for something personal, like saving your Taste Card or watching a product, your assistant opens VIA’s sign-in. Enter your email, type the code we send you, and press Allow. A new VIA account is free and takes a few seconds.

Ask
Start a new chat, add VIA from the tools menu, and ask for something. Results show as product cards with Buy and Watch buttons.
Developer mode is not available on the free plan. On Business and Enterprise, an admin decides whether it is on.
